Last Updated: May 3rd, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ethereal Springs LLC, doing business as CardFlipz (“CardFlipz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use CardFlipz.io and related services (the “Services”).

This policy applies to information we collect through the Services, in communications (including email, text, and chat) between you and the Services, and when you otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to This Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we post changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.

2) Notice at Collection

"Personal information" (or "personal data") means information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any other identifier we may use to contact you.

We collect information to:

  • Operate and secure the platform
  • Verify identity and prevent fraud
  • Process transactions and payments
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads).

3) Information We Collect

A) Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, password, account settings
  • Profile or business information (if applicable): business name, role, billing contact details

  • Transaction details: order history, confirmations, disputes, payout records
  • Gift card information: brand, denomination, codes or details you submit, and notes you choose to provide

B) Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect the platform and comply with fraud-prevention and financial-crime controls, we may require identity verification.

We use Veriff as our identity verification provider. Depending on the verification flow, this may include:

  • Name, date of birth, and address
  • Government-issued ID images
  • Selfie and liveness verification
  • Device, network, and verification metadata

Veriff processes this data under its own privacy notice and retention practices.

C) ACH and Banking Information

If you send or receive payments through ACH, we may collect:

  • Bank account and routing numbers
  • Account holder name
  • Authorization records and audit logs confirming your consent

You may revoke ACH authorization by contacting us, subject to transaction processing timelines and legal requirements.

We and our service providers apply security controls to protect banking information, including secure transmission and protective storage measures.

D) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, identifiers
  • Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, referral URLs, timestamps
  • Approximate location: general location inferred from IP address
  • Security data: login activity, risk signals, suspected abuse indicators

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services

  • Communicate with users and provide support
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve reliability
  • Enforce our terms and policies
  • Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests

5) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain sessions and authentication
  • Remember user preferences

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common standard for interpreting DNT signals, our Services do not currently respond to all browser DNT signals.

When you use the Services, third parties such as analytics providers or your device manufacturer may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used.
